Refund Policy

PayPal credit-pack checkout is handled as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases attached to the Google account used at checkout. They do not renew automatically and are used for AI image text edits, not certificates, legal opinions, copyright clearance, platform approval, or commercial-use clearance.

Failed generations

When a provider error, timeout, credit-ledger error, or app-side technical failure consumes a credit without producing an output, the application is designed to return that credit where possible. Successfully completed edits are generally non-refundable.

Expired downloads

Successful generated outputs remain a delivered digital service even if the 7-day Dashboard download window later expires or you delete the stored file yourself. Download-window expiration is not treated as a failed generation.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through PayPal when checkout is configured. We do not store full payment card details. The merchant name shown at checkout or on your payment statement may identify the PayPal merchant account or the individual operator.

Send refund requests to [email protected] with the PayPal transaction reference, account email, and a short description of the issue.
